Parking facilities supporting construction or inside medical institutions, parking facilities constructed by stations, and government pricing three -dimensional parking facilities are not divided into regional categories, and a unified charging standard is implemented. Parking facilities (except for medical institutions) are divided into day and night:

During the day: from 7:00 (inclusive) to 21:00.

(7) Other vehicles stipulated in law and regulations should be exempted from vehicle parking service fees.
