For the safety of cars at high temperature, China Automobile Research specially set up the "High temperature, high humidity sunlight simulation" challenge test question. A few days ago, Dongfeng Peugeot New 4008 took a test of more than 300 hours of extreme high -temperature light test.

It is reported that the test was performed in the high -temperature light laboratory of Zhongqi Center. The test cabin adopts 24 German Honle light sources to form a full spectrum sunlight simulation system. After the actual measurement in the experiment, the new 4008 instrument panel part reached the highest temperature point -106.2 ° C, the rear door trim reached 91.6 ° C, the cloak rack was 90.7 ° C, the front bumper reached 82.2 ° C, and the air temperature in the cockpit reached 81.8 ° C.

In the lacquer surface discoloration testing session, Zhongqi Research selected the key parts of the 4008 outer paint paint coating, interior instrument board, door interior, central control armrest, seat head pillow and other key parts test. After 300 hours of high temperature exposure, the color standard deviation Delta E is not more than 0.46, the minimum is only 0.04, and the average Delta E is 0.20, far exceeding national standards.

In the test session of the high temperature gap in the vehicle, after the 300 -hour ultra -high temperature exposure, the new 4008 changes to the minimum of 0.0 mm in the interior of the vehicle and the maximum of 0.1 mm, which is equivalent to the thickness of a silk and entered the eyes of mechanical workers. The "silk unit" is close to the limit range of human eye recognition. In the high temperature testing of electronic appliances, in the extreme high temperature environment, the air conditioner starts normally, the air conditioner refrigerates is normal, and the multimedia system and intelligent networking system in the car are normal.

Finally, in the high -temperature odor test in the car, the new 4008 TVOC, that is, the general volatile organic compound, is only 1.125mg/m³. It is reported that before that, the Beijing and Tianjin Consumers Association conducted a comparative test on the air quality in 36 passenger cars. Of these 36 passenger cars, there were only 3 models with a high temperature tvoc of less than 2mg/m³. At the same time, the data also shows that in this high -temperature VOC test, the formaldehyde content of the new 4008 is 0.072mg/m3, which is lower than the national standard 0.10mg/m3 requirements. 0.08mg/m3); benzene content is 0.087mg/m3, which is not only lower than the national standard, but also meets the national standard of indoor buildings.
