"Analysis Report on Consumer Consultation and Complaints in Songjiang District in August" has been released recently. The report shows that in August, the Consumer Protection Commission of Songjiang District accepted a total of 600 complaints, an increase of 78%compared to the 337 items in the same period last year. Among them, complaints for automobiles, cultural fitness, and teaching and training are relatively high.
The report shows that in August, 60 transportation complaints were complained, of which 49 were complaints about automobiles or car parts. Among them, the problem of unable to increase the car and refund the deposit is mainly due to the limitations of the supply chain such as chips and batteries. The production capacity of new energy vehicle host manufacturers cannot keep up with sales, resulting in delay in the delivery time of the car. In addition, the purchase of new energy vehicles involves subsidies, licenses and old vehicles replacement subsidies, etc. The approval also takes a certain amount of time, which is also one of the reasons for the delay.
The Songjiang District Consumer Protection Commission suggested that the car 4S shop should clearly remind and inform consumers that when buying a new energy vehicle may wait for a long time to pick up the car. In addition, because the plug -in hybrid model will no longer enjoy relevant preferential policies next year, it is also necessary to remind and inform consumers that there may be risks that may not be given away from green cards. At the same time, consumers should also learn more about relevant policies and sales agreement as much as possible, and try to confirm in writing in the contract to avoid controversy.
In addition, of the 77 complaints of cultural fitness categories involving 48 scenic spots paradise theater, 29 involving fitness companies. The contradiction points of these complaints are mainly refund disputes caused by related places due to the unable to open normally. Among the 73 complaints of the education and training categories, the retirement disputes caused by the unable to start classes in the epidemic and the rest of the operating venue.
Relevant staff of the Songjiang District Consumer Protection Commission said that the rise in complaints in August is related to the release of consumer demand and the rise in purchasing heat. At present, 480 of the 600 complaints have been set up, 376 successfully dealt with, and consumers recover a total of 278,100 yuan in economic losses.
