From August 16th to 29th, the Shanghai Ecological and Environment Bureau conducted an environmental assessment acceptance of the expansion of the Yingwaida Yinglong production base. The environmental assessment document shows that Welida will make bottleneck transformations in the Shanghai Chemical Zone and the polymer factory in the Shanghai Chemical Zone and the polymer factory to enhance the production capacity.
According to the EIA document, Welda will expand in the existing hekenamine HMD factory and polymer factory area, and will not be added with new land. The total investment of the HMD project is about 200 million yuan, and the total investment of the polymer factory is about 15 million yuan. The bottleneck project is expected to begin construction in 2022, and all put into production in 2024.
The expansion includes two parts: First, the annual production capacity of HMD has been increased from the current 215,000 tons to 316,000 tons, an increase of 101,000 tons. Second, the four production lines built by the polymer factory in 2014 were transformed, and the annual production capacity of the polymer was increased from the current 1520,000 tons to 189,700 tons, an increase of 37,700 tons. After the bottleneck transformation is completed, plus a 50,000 -ton annual production capacity of a production line that does not need to be transformed, the annual total production capacity of the five production lines of polymer factories will reach 239,700 tons.
EIA documents also show that Welda plans to build a polymer workshop and related supporting facilities on the existing space of the polymer factory, which is the 2.0 project. The project includes three continuous aggregate production lines and two batch aggregation production lines, which can add 22,500 tons of nylon production capacity in 66 years. The total investment of this project is about 1.75 billion yuan. It is expected to start this year and put into production in 2024. The project's EIA was approved in May 2022. After the completion of the 2.0 project and the bottleneck renovation project, the Welda Polymer Factory can achieve an annual capacity of 482,200 tons to alleviate the pressure of China Nylon 66.
Since 2013, Welida has established the Weida Nylon Chemical (China) Co., Ltd. in the Shanghai Chemical Zone. The tons of nylon 66 polymer factories, and started the construction of the third phase of the two -腈 (ADN) factory in 2020. The environmental assessment document shows that the owner of the polymer factory is provided by the company's hexyramine factory, and the other raw material Jiexinic acid is planned to buy from the domestic, Japanese and American markets. The main material of Ji Diramine Factory is provided by the third phase of Ji Erxuan factory and the United States or other suppliers in the United States or other suppliers.
After the factory involved in the environmental assessment document is put into production, Welda will have a complete industrial value chain from Ji Er to high -performance polymers in Shanghai, and has become the world's largest nylon 66 comprehensive production base.
