In order to effectively strengthen the management of motorcycles in the city, maintain road traffic order, protect road traffic safety and smooth flow, and protect the personal and property safety of citizens, in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Sichuan Province's Implementation Measures "and" Chengdu Motorcycle Management Regulations "and other relevant laws and regulations, the announcement of the relevant provisions of the management of motorcycles traffic order is as follows:

1. It is forbidden to three -wheeled motorcycles (except for special use motorcycles such as police, rescue, and other special use motorcycles) with a three -wheeled motorcycle, three -wheeled light motorcycle, and engine displacement of 150 ml. Driving on roads in the city highway.

2. Motorcycles that have not obtained a city certificate are prohibited from the entire day within the third ring road of Chengdu (excluding the third ring road auxiliary road) and the east of Jiannan Avenue of Gaosin South District, the west , North of Tianfu Fourth Street and Tianhua Second Road (including the above roads), south of the third ring road (excluding the third ring road auxiliary road) area.

3. Motorcycles have not been driving on the road without registering and registration without the traffic management department of the public security organs.
