Entrusted by the Hubei Provincial Department of Economics and Information Technology, the Hubei Provincial Automobile Distribution Association held a communication meeting on the afternoon of June 15 with a new special operation of automobiles in 2022. A total of 117 auto production enterprises in the province attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Zhuang Zhongzhu, Executive Vice President of the Hubei Automobile Distribution Association, made a specific introduction to the new special operation of the old replacement in 2022, and compared the similarities and differences between the new implementation rules of the old replacement in 2021 and 2022, which summarized the encounter in the implementation process last year's implementation process last year. The specific issues analyzed the reasons, focused on interpreting the implementation rules of this year, and answered the specific questions raised by the representatives of automobile manufacturers.

In 2022, the implementation time of the car with the new special operation of the old exchange was June to December. Subsidies for scrapped cars and buying new energy vehicles are 8,000 yuan/vehicle; subsidies for fuel vehicles are 3,000 yuan/vehicle. Transfer out of the old car and buy a subsidy of 5,000 yuan/vehicle for new energy vehicles; the subsidy for the purchase of fuel vehicles is 2,000 yuan/vehicle. During the subsidy period, each applicant can only enjoy a subsidy of one vehicle. The subsidy is performed by a car authorized dealer.

The relevant person in charge of the Hubei Provincial Department of Economics and Information Technology stated that it was hoped that automobile manufacturers would accurately convey the spirit of the meeting to car dealers, and actively introduced supporting preferential programs to enlarge the effect of the old and new policy to ensure that the policy benefits the enterprises and the people.

The Hubei Provincial Automobile Distribution Association stated that it will strengthen communication and coordination, closely cooperate with government departments, automobile manufacturers, and automobile authorized dealers, actively study and solve outstanding problems in special operations in 2022, and form a joint force that encourages car consumption.
