3. Content requirements

Focusing on the theme of the competition, focusing on the following aspects:

(1) Quality management

Summarize advanced experience and successful practices of refining quality brand strategy, process optimization management, technological improvement, quality management methods and models, and brand management.

(2) Brand construction

Summarize the effective experience of refining brand planning, cultivation, promotion, and enhancement, safeguard consumer rights, fulfill social responsibility, and strive for brand honor.

(3) People and things with high quality and brand creation are prominent

The competition has three types of competitions, essays, and visual art. Among them, the visual art competition and the first "I endorse the contest for the brand city", including micro -movies, short videos, animation, and photography.

(1) speech contest

1. Disciplinary speech, use Mandarin as the speech language;

(2) Essay competition

4. Photography competition

(1) Work requirements: single and group photos are available. The photos must not be adjusted and decorated with distortion;

(2) Format requirements: The work is a digital photo of the JPG format, the long -side pixel is not less than 2500, and the resolution is not less than 300dpi.

5. Award settings

(1) Competition award settings

1. The lecture competition is planned to set 2 first prizes, 3 second prizes, 3 third prizes, 10 outstanding awards, 1 best style award, 1 best performance award, 1 best creative award.

4. If the number of entries does not meet the requirements (not less than 30 per type) or the quality is not high, the award can be reduced or vacant.

This contest adheres to the principle of voluntary and does not charge any fees from the participating organizations and individuals. According to the organization registration, work selection, notification of rewards, publicity and display, etc. There are no sub -regions in each district and cities. (1) Organization registration

The office of the district and municipal quality work leadership group will be submitted to the electronic version (CD or U disk) and the registration form (attachment 1) of the participating works before July 15, 2022, and submitted it to the Qingdao Quality Development Promotion Association. The number of works participating in the same type of competition in the same family does not exceed 3, and the number of contestants of each work is unlimited.

(2) Selection of works

Experts in the fields of language and literature, news dissemination, quality management, brand building and other fields shall be hired to score the entries according to the score rules. Among them, the speech competition will organize the participants to select the players on the spot. The epidemic prevention and control situation will be notified separately. Essays and visual art works will organize jury offline concentrated reviews, and the time is tentatively in mid -July.

(3) Propaganda display

The excellent works selected, including excellent speech, essays, micro -film posters and anime (screenshot), and photographs are printed into a book. Various typical stories will be displayed outside the Qingdao brand innovation public service platform, and it will be promoted in specialized media such as national -level and other media.
