Support urban forest fire emergency drill
In recent years, the increasingly accelerated urbanization and the construction of forest cities have led to the continuous expansion of the population of urban areas to the suburban forest areas, forming a large number of cities and forest junction areas. Internationally, it is called WUI (Wildland-Urban Interface). The WUI fire sources are diverse, and the distribution is rich in combustible, the fire occurs, and it often evolves to large -scale buildings or forest fires. Institute of the Institute of Urban System Engineering of Our Academy facing the needs of urban forest fires, in response to the current WUI fire on -site information collaborative perception perception and intelligence analysis bottleneck, propose the construction of knowledge map construction and decision -making application service technologies in the field disposal field of WUI fire, thereby Support for decision -making.
At present, the WUI fire site disposal coordination perception is mainly concentrated in the acquisition and integration of multi -source, multi -element, and multi -scale data at the disaster site, and mostly use database management methods. Insufficient business integration and knowledge associations between information and knowledge associations are insufficient. It is necessary to use the time and space knowledge modeling technology to establish a unified space -time benchmark for the disaster site, and to achieve the deep integration of knowledge -oriented data -oriented data at the disaster site to support the support to support Multi -dimensional intelligence analysis of disaster response to decision -making.
The Institute of Urban System Engineering, based on the key technical issues of the city forest fire on -site information integration and decision -making analysis, proposed a WUI fire on -site response to the auxiliary decision -making support framework. The time and space knowledge map technology has been adopted to establish the knowledge map of the WUI fire on -site disposal field. For decision -making tasks such as fire point recognition, forest fire prediction, path optimization, and on -site risk analysis, intelligent analysis of data and knowledge -driven is realized. Scientific actions are adopted in time in the WUI fire fire to reduce casualties and property losses.
The research results passed the testing and evaluation of third -party professional testing agencies. They were applied in the prevention and control of forest fire in Beijing, providing an analysis basis for the surrounding forest fire dynamic assessment and emergency plan preparation, and achieved good results.
The results of this research have obtained 1 software copyright, published 2 academic papers, obtained 2 application certificates, and declared 1 invention patent. Based on the results of this research, one project was approved by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. In the next stage, the research team will continue to conduct research on key issues of dynamic risk assessment and scenario decision -making in WUI fire prevention and control, conduct research on technology, strengthen the application demonstration and promotion of results, ensure forest fire safety, obtain greater socio -economic economy benefit.
