On July 7, Gartner, an international authoritative research institution, announced the "Report of the Cloud AI Developer Service Key Capable Report", and evaluated the global cloud AI service manufacturers around the three dimensions of language AI, computer vision, and machine learning platform. In the end, Google, Alibaba and Amazon AWS ranked among the top three, and Baidu ranked seventh and Tencent ranked ninth.

Specifically, the report focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of cloud AI services around "voice transition text", "language understanding/processing", "natural language generation/voice synthesis", "translation", "emotional analysis" and "text analysis". Among the domestic cloud AI service manufacturers, Alibaba ranked first among global manufacturers in the four scores of voice recognition, natural language generation/voice synthesis, language understanding/processing, and text analysis. The emotional analysis and text analysis of Baidu Cloud AI technology are slightly lower; Tencent's scores are synthesized/voice synthesis in natural language.

Data show that by 2025, 70%of new applications will integrate AI models, and cloud AI services will further reduce the development threshold of AI applications. Regarding the future development path of language AI technology, Gartner believes that language AI as the basic technology in the field of artificial intelligence has already had many technical breakthroughs in the past few years. In the future, it will accelerate the process of artificial intelligence from perceiving intelligence to cognitive intelligence.
