The "Report" also shows that the number of entrepreneurs engaged in scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is 14,043, a decrease of 3.0%; the number of new companies created and participating in the company was 2,808, an increase of 28.9%.

To this end, the "Report" put forward targeted suggestions, such as improving the transformation system of scientific and technological achievements and promoting policy coordination.
