Alipay (customer service) told him that there may be risks according to internal censorship, and then the account was banned for three years. Mr. Yu said that he had used Alipay for two or three years, and there was no violation of regulations.

On June 22, the Alipay Security Center responded that according to the information and platform risk system identification, Mr. Yu's account trading behavior was abnormal, which may involve illegal situations such as online gambling, telecommunications fraud, illegal investment and financial management, or false transactions. In order to avoid losses caused by the use of criminals by the user account, in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, Alipay made certain restrictions on the Mr.'s account at the time. After Alipay customer service and Mr. Yu verified the risk, his account has returned to normal use.

On June 22, the Alipay Security Center responded to "Mr. Yu's Yu'ebao's 460,000 yuan could not be taken out".

"In the case of the user's normal use account, the transfer function of Alipay and Yu'ebao is normal." Alipay Security Center said in response. On the evening of the 22nd, the reporter's test transferred to his Alipay and Yu'ebao funds, and there was no abnormal situation.
