During the epidemic, I led the team to strive for time, took the lead in breaking the high -precision mask face recognition technology, and landed on commercial products to contribute to the prevention and control of the epidemic and public safety. I was ordered to lead the cross -team technology group to shortlisted the authoritative list and was recognized in business practices. Recently, we have completed a smart community solution represented by battery cars entering the elevator test, covering more than 20 provinces and cities across the country, effectively improving the safety and intelligent level of the community. Those day and night that overcome difficulties have become time -worthy of memories.

Looking at the world's AI technology competition today, although we already have the leading chip technology and self -developed deep learning framework, we still need to do hardware capabilities and enlarge the software ecosystem to build a true moat in the "artillery fire". In the context of ripening self -developed and hardware ecological components, my team was glory to the role of "the first crab". I participated in the completion of the business migration of the AI ​​algorithm on the self -developed framework, and the work became the first business model to land on its own research framework. Since then, the team has collaborated with the brother team to break the record and win the MLPERF 2020 track championship, proving that Huawei's self -developed self -developed research Soft and hardware ecological components are not only available, but also better.

Open mentality, science and technology to report to the country

Based on the field of artificial intelligence algorithms, I maintain an open mind and connect more tentacles. I do n’t have a limitation for my work role, and I will continue to extend my field of vision to the surrounding area, learning software engineering, hardware design, product planning, and market expansion. This allows me to have a more systematic solid technical precipitation, accumulate the positive and negative experience in project management, and learn the technology reflection technology from a business perspective. My understanding of technology has the overall situation, and strives to practice "starting with technology as the beginning and business as the end."

In addition to work, I participated in the founding of Huawei Tengjia Technology Forum, attracted more than 20 top scholars in the AI ​​field at home and abroad, organized nearly 30 technical roadshows in the company, and promoted 6 technical transformation projects. In addition, I also served as the company's technical cooperation project manager, and successively completed 4 transformation of scientific and technological achievements with well -known universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. These open technical activities have not only achieved win -win cooperation, but also implemented the noble concept of scientific and technological reporting to the country and benefiting the society.

As technical practice gradually deepened, I became more aware of the vastness of the future, and a magnificent picture was clear in my mind. I started to realize that with the continuous deepening of the national economic transformation and industrial upgrading, the digital needs of all walks of life will inevitably have a strong anti -push force on scientific and technological innovation. In order to practice the concept of a strong scientific and technological country, I also hope to understand the operations of corporate organizations, the rules of the business world, familiarize with capital operation methods, and explore potential to explore more possibilities.
