On the basis of continuous liquid oil-water dual-phase catalytic research in the early stage, Professor Yang Hengquan proposed a continuous flow biological catalyst system fixed in Pickering's milk drops. This system can restricted the water -soluble auxiliary factor in the milk droplet, and at the same time, enzyme adsorption is attracted to the milk drop interface, thereby realizing the common fixing of enzymes and auxiliary factor in micro -scale space. During the flow, enzymes can freely contact the auxiliary factor, and regenerate the auxiliary factor in the interior of the milk droplet by adding a co -substrate in the continuous phase.
