3. Participating requirements

The competition is mainly for personal developers, maker teams, and startups registered after January 1 (inclusive) on January 1, 2021. Participating works have originality and do not invade third -party intellectual property rights. The forms include but not limited to business planning books, design drawings, videos, manuscripts, products, etc.

The participating team of this competition needs to record short videos of about 1 minute, which include but not limited to work display, business plan, team introduction, etc. At the same time, the participating teams are encouraged to develop various creators during the competition. Short videos and various works will be used as one of the final review basis.

Fourth, competition arrangement

This contest is divided into four special competitions, namely the integrated circuit special competition, medical worker cross -topic competition, the Yangtze River Delta digital economy topic competition, and zero -carbon innovation. The same team can only choose to participate in the competition and not register repeatedly.

(1) Rules of the event

This competition will adopt interviews and roadshows to focus on hard technology innovation and industrial application innovation, encourage participants to combine integrated circuits, smart medical care, digital economy, green low -carbon and other scenarios to use technical capabilities to solve practical problems, and propose intelligentization The industrial upgrade plan and works, and shoot short videos such as the exhibition, business plan, and team introduction of related works (about 1 minute long).

(2) Competition process

This competition includes four stages: registration, preliminary round, rematch and finals.

1. Registration. The official launch of the work can be solicited, which can be registered online through the official website of the Shanghai International Maker Contest or the WeChat Mini Program "New Micro -Invasive Source".

Registration time: 23:59 on October 10, 2022.

2. Preliminary. According to the registration situation, the registration players are detailed through online interviews and other forms. Each track is planned to screen for 20 projects to enter the section stage before October 15.

3. Section. At the end of October, understand the actual situation of the project through roadshows and other forms, and each track was selected to participate in the finals. The specific time will be notified separately.
