In 2008, the R & D team of the Fujian embroidery industry tried artificial cultivation of hydrangea, and cooperated with the Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University to simulate the growth environment of hydrangea, introduce fungi, and gradually mastered efficient modern cultivation technology.

In 2016, Chen Lanping, the head of the Fujian embroidery fungus industry, saw the preferential policy of attracting investment in Gaochun District, Nanjing, and decided to let hydrangea "settle" here after a field survey.

The building building, adding equipment, recruiting workers ... Fujian embroidery fungus investment has invested more than 6 million yuan, and a modern cultivation plant covers an area of ​​30 acres. In order to simulate the growth environment of hydrangea, the company specially customizes equipment such as electrical temperature control machines, atomizers, light lights, cold cabinets and other equipment. "Factory equipment is adjusted through a fully automatic computer control system. Just set temperature and humidity on the machine, and the equipment in the fungus room will be started regularly. Hydiotonic bacteria, also known as 'sunlight mushrooms', to ensure that they can get more than 10 hours a day for more than 10 hours a day. With modern equipment and reliable power supply, hydrangea can grow and mature in 120 days. Equipment and technology have kept up, the quality is stable, and sales have gradually increased. Faced with increasing market demand, in June 2021, Chen Lanping and the company team decided to expand the plant and increase 60 mushroom houses. However, after the expansion of 50 acres of bases added hundreds of modern equipment, the transformer capacity in the platform where the plant is located is not enough.

In mid -to -late August 2021, the Fujian embroidery fungus industry submitted an application for capacity increase to the power supply company of Nanjing Gaochun District. Wang Wen, the company's customer manager, then went to the planting base to investigate on -site, planning to add a 800 -kV special transformer to the customer. Before the completion of the customer's internal engineering, Gaochun District Power Supply Company set up 0.4 kilometers 10 kV outer rays for customers, and installed the pillar switch on the outdoor line. After the customer engineering was completed, the acceptance was completed with two working days. At present, equipment in the planting base, bacteria laboratory, 100 -level purification sterile workshop, etc. Open the electrical control door of the mushroom room, tens of thousands of bags of hydrangea arranged neatly, the temperature of the mushroom room is controlled at 20 degrees Celsius, the humidity is maintained at 60%to 70%, and the lamp belt is opened for 10 hours a day. Under this condition, the finished product rate of hydrangea can reach 100%.

The delicate hydrangea has high requirements for power supply reliability. Especially during the high temperature and high load period, once the electricity failure occurs, the equipment does not refrigerate, and there is no light in the house. In less than a day, the hydrangea in the mushroom room will rot, causing more than 10 million yuan in losses to the enterprise. "The power supply masters will regularly check our line equipment. When they encounter power consumption, they will come." Chen Lanping said.

The base also built a deep processing extract laboratory, providing employment for more than 80 nearby villagers. At present, the base is fixed with 20,000 bags of hydrangea fungus daily, with an annual output of more than 1,000 tons.
