Second, adhere to overall governance. The meeting emphasized that "to help the government's functions with digital reforms" and "give play to the important supporting role of digital functions in government performance, market supervision, social management, public services, and ecological environmental protection. The original intention of the digital government construction is to apply advanced technologies such as the Internet, big data, and artificial intelligence to the process of government reform and innovation. Through the integration of government affairs, technology, and data, strive to avoid the phenomenon of block division and their respective politics. Data islands and other issues have promoted the decision -making of digital government more scientific, more accurate governance, and more efficient services.
