Smart bud data shows that as of June 13, the total patent application of 428 listed enterprises of science and technology boards was more than 140,000, with a total valid patent of more than 77,000, and the total amount of authorized invention patent was more than 40,000. As of the closing of June 13, the total market value of 428 listed companies in the science and technology board exceeded 5.11 trillion yuan.

1. The overall patent capacity of science and technology board enterprises has steadily improved

According to the data of smart buds: As of June 13, 2022, the total patent applications for 428 listed enterprises of science and technology boards were more than 140,000, with a total valid patent of more than 77,000, and the total amount of authorized invention patent was more than 40,000 . The average number of patent applications for the listed company of each science and technology board is about 328, the valid patent volume is about 182, and the amount of authorized invention patent is about 95. The total number of patent applications is 154, the number of valid patent quantities is 84, and the medium number of the authorized invention patent is 31.

In comparison, as of the second anniversary of the opening of the science and technology board (June 13, 2021), the total number of patent applications was 151, the total number of patent applications was 151, and the valid patent number was medium. For 77, the median number of authorized invention patents is 27. It can be seen from the comparison that the above three patent data basically shows a stable upward trend. It can be seen that the overall patent capacity of listed companies in the science and technology board is constantly improving. (Figure 1)

After three years of continuous empowerment, it can be clearly seen from the improvement of the overall patent capacity. The science and technology board effectively promotes the gathering of financial resources to the field of hard technology, helping more science and technology enterprises to accelerate innovation, enhance core competitiveness, and for China Science and Technology Innovate and accumulate more technical advantages to promote industrial upgrading.

Second, the patent intensity and R & D investment of science and technology board enterprises are higher than the motherboard and GEM enterprise

In order to more comprehensively analyze the scientific and innovative attributes of science and technology board enterprises, further analyzes from the three index dimensions of patent intensity, R & D investment, and R & D personnel.

In the "Guidelines for the Evaluation of the Innovation Properties (Trial)" published on April 16 last year, "the proportion of research and development in the past three years", "the proportion of R & D personnel to the total number of employees in the year" and "forming the main business of the main business" The invention patent of income makes clear rules.

From the perspective of patent intensity, according to the patented data of smart buds and the research and development related data disclosed by various enterprises, the average valid invention patent of 428 science and innovation board listed companies is about 4.5, about 3,100, about 3,100 Nine times the motherboard company is 9 times, and more than 1.6 times of more than 1,100 GEM companies. It can be seen from the above data that the overall patent intensity of science and technology board companies is significantly higher than the motherboard and GEM enterprises.

From the perspective of the intensity of R & D investment (note: refers to the proportion of enterprise R & D investment in total revenue), the average R & D investment in science and technology board enterprises accounted for 10.3%, twice as much as the GEM enterprise (4.9%), and five times more than the motherboard enterprise enterprise (1.8%), the characteristics of high R & D investment are displayed as a whole. At the same time, from the perspective of the intensity of R & D personnel (Note: Refers to the proportion of R & D personnel accounted for the total number of employees of the company), the average proportion of R & D personnel of science and technology board enterprises accounted for about 27.2%, and the average of 20.4%of GEM enterprises, while the average of 11.5 motherboard companies was 11.5 %, About half of the science and technology board enterprise. 3. The most patent intensity of the science and technology board enterprise of the new generation of information technology industry

According to the statistics of smart buds, as of June 13, in the classification of 428 listed companies in science and technology boards, the number of enterprises in the new generation of information technology industry, biological industry and high -end equipment manufacturing industries were the largest. 96 and 64.

From the perspective of patent intensity, the science and technology board listed enterprise belonging to the new generation of information technology industry, with an average valid invention of the revenue per million yuan in revenue, about 7.6, which is nearly two times the average patent intensity of the science and technology board. The patent intensity ranked second, the patent intensity of the high -end equipment manufacturing industry, reflects the highest overall patent intensity of the science and technology board listed enterprises in the new generation of information technology industry.

From the perspective of R & D investment intensity, the intensity of the R & D investment intensity of the science and technology board listed enterprises of the biological industry and the new generation of information technology industry exceeds 10%. Among them, the average R & D investment intensity of the science and technology board enterprise belonging to the biological industry has the highest intensity, reaching 22.2%, which is about twice the new generation of information technology industry. In addition, from the perspective of the intensity of R & D personnel, the average R & D personnel of the new generation of information technology industry and the new energy vehicle industry account for about 35.3%and 33.1%, respectively, which are the only industries with more than 30%. According to the analysis of the registered place of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, according to the statistics of smart buds, as of June 13, 428 listed companies in science and technology board were distributed in 21 provinces and overseas regions. Among them, there are more than 10 listed companies in science and technology boards in 10 provinces and cities including Jiangsu, Guangdong, and Shanghai.

In the above 10 regions, from the perspective of patent intensity, the patent intensity of science and technology board listed companies in the four regions of Shaanxi Province, Sichuan Province, Anhui Province, and Shanghai City is higher than the average level of science and technology boards. Among them, Shaanxi Province has the highest patent intensity, and its average valid invention patent per million yuan in revenue is about 6.9.

From the perspective of R & D investment intensity, the intensity of R & D investment intensity of listed companies in the four regions of Shanghai, Sichuan, Beijing, and Shandong Province exceeded 10%. Among them, the overall R & D investment intensity of Shanghai science and technology board enterprises has the highest intensity, about 13.4%. In addition, from the perspective of the intensity of R & D personnel, Shanghai and Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Board listed enterprises are also among the top two in this indicator, with an average R & D personnel accounted for more than 30%, with 35.7%and 31.4%, respectively.
