In order to further play the role of mobile Internet of Things in empowering industrial upgrading, improving governance capabilities, and enriching social life, and accelerating the development of mobile Internet of Things application, we will now organize the relevant matters of the Typical Case Collection of Mobile IoT applications in 2022 as follows.

1. Case solicitation direction

Case solicitation facing four key directions: one is the intelligent application of life in the fields of smart homes, connected cars, and intelligent wearables; the other is to digit the digital application of industrial digitalization in the fields of smart agriculture, smart factories, and smart medical care; the third is to surround wisdom Fire protection, environmental protection monitoring, intelligent watchmaking and other fields of governance are intelligent applications; fourth, based on NB-IoT, 4G, 5G multi-network collaborative innovation applications. By selecting a group of mobile Internet of Things with advanced technology, outstanding results, and good application prospects, they play a typical role and further improve the breadth and depth of the application of mobile Internet of Things.

Second, declaration conditions

(1) The main body of the case application includes related enterprises, universities, and scientific research institutes engaged in the R & D, deployment application, and technological innovation of mobile IoT products, which can be declared by multiple units. The main body of the application for the enterprise shall register and register in the territory of the People's Republic of China. It has an independent legal person qualification. In the past three years, the financial conditions are good, and there are no bad records in terms of quality, safety, reputation, and social responsibility.

(2) The case should fully reflect the application scenarios and technical characteristics of the mobile Internet of Things. During the implementation cycle, the application target plan can be achieved (see Annex 1). Strong reference meaning and promotion value.

3. Work procedures and requirements

(1) Organization declaration (before September 30, 2022)

1. All provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and planned municipal communication administration bureaus, together with the competent industry and informatization authorities, and the competent department of big data industry to organize local relevant enterprises and units, the China Communications Society IoT Committee organizes the industry to actively declare (declaration templates for the template template See Annex 2) Organize evaluation through expert review and field research, and select the best recommendation.

2. The number of recommendations of the Communications Administration of the Provincial, Autonomous Regions, and Municipal Commandments does not exceed 10, and the number of recommendations for the Municipal Communications Administration of the Municipal Communications Authority does not exceed 5.

3. All provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and planned municipal communication administration bureaus, as well as the China Communications Society IoT Commission before September 30, report the local recommendation letter and case recommendation summary form (see attachment 3) to the contact mailbox at the same time, and at the same time Organize the application units to log in to the application website for registration and upload the application materials. 4. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized a formal review of recommendation cases, comprehensively considering the elements such as the level of promotion, technological innovation, application development potential, and economic and social value.

(2) Project implementation (October 2022 to October 2023)

During the implementation cycle of the project, the application unit is in the direction and target plans of the application case, accelerate the implementation of construction, promote deployment applications, and update the case progress on the application website in half a year.

(3) Selected publicity (mid -to -late October 2023)

After the implementation phase, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology combined with the actual development of the application, compared with the application development goals, and announced the publicity of the cases of the warehouse one by one. Each segment is planned to select 1 benchmark case and 2 typical cases.

(4) Publicity and promotion stage (after November 2023)

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology strengthened the publicity and promotion of typical cases through organizational experience exchanges, media research banks, and preparation case sets, and strengthened the docking and results transformation of production and finance. Encourage local governments and units at all levels to tilt relevant enterprises in terms of policies and funds.
