2. 4. Settlement method: Adopt offline methods, handling time: working days from 8:30 am to 12 am, 14:00 to 17:30, customer service phone: 4158850.

5. Standards for suspension of fees: 30%of the basic hot fees for the suspension building;

6. Which users can go through the suspension procedures: The existing users of the installation of the household control device can apply for heating and suspension procedures within the specified time range.

7. The user has the following situations that cannot be reported: (1) If the control device is not installed and cannot be effectively disconnected with the system; The construction of the building must be conducted by the network. The first heating season cannot stop the heat, and the heating fee is required for the full amount. (4) The user has a historical arrears.

8. Users need to pay attention to: (1) The validity period of the heating report is a heating season. The next year's application is required to handle the suspension procedures. Those who are not handled are considered as normal heat, and the full heating fee is charged. (2) During the stoppage, users should take indoor insulation and cold prevention measures to avoid freezing and damage to indoor pipelines and facilities and equipment.
