This study draws the translation map of human eggs to early embryo transformation, and discovered a group of important transcription factors for regulating the activation of human coefficient genome and early embryo development. Among them, there are species differences in the dynamic changes of translation levels. This study provides a new direction for early human exploration of human life, embryo quality assessment, and reproductive diseases, and has laid an important foundation for improving the level of reproductive health and preventing birth defects.
