On September 1st, Professor Wu Jihuai, the Institute of Materials Science and Engineering of Materials Science and Engineering, Professor Wu Jihuai of the Institute of Materials Science and Engineering of Materials Science and Engineering, and Professor of Mohammad Khajanazeeruddin from the Lausanne Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, Switzerland, and Academician Huang Wei from Northwestern University of Technology团队合作,在国际权威期刊Energy & Environmental Science(IF :39.714)上发表题为“Photocapacitorintegrating voltage-adjustable hybrid supercapacitor and silicon solar cell generating a Joule efficiency of 86%”(DOI:10.1039/D2EE01744J)的研究论文。 The publishing of the paper marks major research progress in the new research direction of Professor Wu Jihuai in the energy field of photoelectric container.
This article reports the energy storage unit of the use of voltage -adjustable hybrid supercapacitors (VAHSC) as the energy storage unit of the third -end photoelectric container to effectively coordinate the current, voltage, power, and energy matching between the photovoltaic unit and the energy storage unit. The overall efficiency, 86.01%scorched ear efficiency and 98.28%storage efficiency. At the same time, it is exciting that the optical capacitors have completed 800 cycles of optical power -powered/transmitting electricity tests, showing the excellent capacity maintenance rate and stable storage efficiency, scorched ear efficiency and overall efficiency, and the performance far exceeds previous relevant reports. The huge leap in efficiency and stability marks a substantial step in the actual application of solar collection of storage devices.
It is worth mentioning that the common indicator of energy storage devices Kuron efficiency refers to the ratio of the output power of the device to the ratio of input power (Kuron is a power unit). Therefore, the ratio of the output energy of the device to the input energy in this article is the efficiency of scorched ear (scorched ear is an energy unit). For this article, scorched ear efficiency is the ratio of energy to the chemical energy of storage. This is the first definition of coking ear efficiency.
