Among them, the output of industrial robots reached 366,000 units, an increase of 10 times over 2015, and ranked the largest industrial robot market in the world.

Guo Shougang made the above statement at the theme press conference of "Vigorous Development of High -end Equipment Manufacturing" held by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the 6th.

Guo Shougang said that robots are known as the "pearl at the top of the crown of the manufacturing industry". Its R & D, manufacturing, and application is an important symbol to measure a national scientific and technological innovation and high -end manufacturing level. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, my country's robotic industry has flourished, greatly changing people's production and lifestyle, and injecting strong momentum into economic and social development.

Data released at the meeting show that my country's robotics industry has grown rapidly. Among them, industrial robot applications cover 60 industries and 168 industries in the national economy. According to statistics from relevant agencies, in 2021, my country's manufacturing robot density reached more than 300 people, an increase of about 13 times over 2012.

In addition, service robots are widely used in the fields of catering, education, medical care, and logistics. For example, at the just -closed 2022 China International Service Trade Fair, Meituan showed automatic delivery vehicles and distribution drones to achieve automated distribution through intelligent scheduling to further improve logistics efficiency. Data from Tianyan Check shows that as of now, there are more than 439,000 service robot -related enterprises in my country, of which more than 79,000 registered enterprises have been added from January to August 2022.

"In the increasing fields of robotics, they have shown their skills' and constantly bred new industries, new models, and new formats." Guo Shougang said that the technical level of my country's robot industry has further improved. In progress, 101 new "Little Giant" companies in the industry have accelerated their development and growth.

He said that in the next step, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will fully implement the "Fourteenth Five -Year Plan" Robot Industry Development Plan, carry out key foundation improvement actions of robotics, improve the standards, testing, and certification systems, and accelerate supplementary materials, core components, processing technology, etc. Industrial shortcomings, strengthening characteristics in the field of intensive segmentation, cultivating and strengthening high -quality enterprises, creating a good development environment, and promoting the high -quality development of the robot industry.
