The province's telephone users realized the double, and the penetration rate of telephone users reached 112.5%.

Among them, the total number of mobile phone users in the province was 50.795 million, and the average ownership rate per 100 people reached 107.6. Broadband business continues to upgrade, and optical fiber users have reached 14.577 million. The broadband access rate has jumped from 2 mega to the Gigabit level, driving high -bandwidth applications to continuously develop. The three basic telecommunications companies actively adapt to a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution, and promote the proportion of emerging businesses such as big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things in the telecommunications business revenue steadily, and the proportion has exceeded 10%.

In addition, the province's fixed network achieves general coverage of fiber optic networks. The optical cable line reaches 2.468 million kilometers, which is nearly five times over ten years ago, and ranked 9th in the country; the optical fiber broadband access port reached 20.483 million. Urban and rural broadband rates have increased significantly, and urban areas are generally 500Mbps. Some transportation hubs, core areas, schools, hospitals and other important places achieve giga access. The historic realization of the province's administrative village has 100%optical fiber broadband network. The mobile network achieves 3G breakthroughs and 4G synchronization to 5G to start large -scale construction. 4G base stations reached 231,000, and the scale of the network entered the country's first echelon. The administrative village achieved full coverage of 4G networks. The 4G network coverage of more than 20 natural villages exceeded 95%. 5G base stations reached 54,000; 27 provincial optical cables were built, and 50 data centers were built. Thirteen cross -border land optical cables connected to Laos and Myanmar have been built one after another, and the international export bandwidth has reached 1.03T.

In the past ten years, the entire industry has continued to promote "speed -up and reduction", and the unit price of mobile phone traffic has been reduced to 2.3 yuan/g, only 5%in 2015. The fixed broadband use fee dropped to one -third of the previous. In our province's frontier ethnic regions, it supports the construction of 2063 4G base stations, and 906 4G base stations are constructed, which significantly reduces the "digital gap" in urban and rural areas.
