ITO target, also known as oxidation tin material, presents transparent shape within the visible light range, but has an opaque effect under infrared light and can reflect infrared rays. In the optoelectronics industry, ITO targets are mainly used to cover semiconductor sensor wiring and create various photoelectric devices and components, such as LCD monitors, organic light diode, plasma display and touch screen.

In March of this year, Henan's second batch of provincial laboratories, including the Central Plains Key Metal Laboratory, was officially unveiled.
