According to laws and regulations such as the "Personal Information Protection Law", "Network Security Law", "Telecom Regulations", "Personal Information Protection Regulations for Telecom and Internet User", the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organizes third -party testing agencies to pay attention to hotel catering, minor applications, etc.The mobile Internet application (APP) and third -party software development toolkit (SDK) were checked, and a total of 227 APPs (SDKs) that had infringed the user's rights and interests found rectification requirements.As of now, 47 APPs (SDK) have not completed the rectification as required (see attachments for details), and they are now notified.

The above APP and SDK should complete the rectification and implementation work by September 5.If the overdue does not rectify, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will organize related disposal in accordance with laws and regulations.
