A: Relying on the key laboratory established by the Suzhou Food Inspection and Testing Center and the Wuzhong Agricultural and Sideline Branch Center, it will focus on the evaluation of food safety fast inspection technology and product evaluation to promote food safety risk prevention and control.

In terms of food safety supervision, fast inspection has its special significance. Whether it is a self -inspection of the enterprise or the supervision of administrative agencies.

However, the fast inspection should be fast, and the false positive is high. Combining the fast inspection and legal inspection, focusing on screening suspicious objects, verification through laboratory methods, neither accidental injuries nor unqualified products, solving effective and operable problems.

Through the research and application basic research of fast inspection forward -looking technology research, the laboratory can effectively play the role of the "firewall" filtering alerter "of the fast inspection. Q: We know that the key to any technology lies in the application of food safety related technologies mainly lies in the food industry. Want to ask you, from a macro perspective, what stage of China's food industry to develop?

A: The food industry is mainly divided into agricultural product processing and food manufacturing. It is the top industry in the national economic manufacturing industry. After decades of reform and opening up, at present, China's food industry has made great progress, and industry development has been relatively complete. In 2021, the output value of the enterprise in the food industry has reached 9 trillion yuan, ranking first in the world.

However, compared with other powerful countries in the world, China's food industry is still in a "big but not strong" stage. The technical capabilities of food processing, the international competitiveness of the enterprise, and the food quality and safety prevention and control capabilities have a certain distance from the world's most advanced country.

Q: Judging from the level of the development of the food industry you just mentioned, what are the gaps between the food industry and food science research and applications in my country and the world's advanced level, and what are the "card necks" issues need to be resolved urgently?

A: Overall, the food industry has a bottleneck that it urgently needs to improve.

First, there are many categories with insufficient self -sufficiency and high dependence in grain and oil food. The self -feeding of edible oil is only 30%.

Second, some core raw materials and ingredients have imported dependence. For example, infant formula foods, especially formula milk powder, dependence on imports, although domestic milk powder has also risen in recent years. For example, the dairy, hypoglycemia, enzyme preparation, etc. in the core ingredients raw materials depends on multinational companies to a certain extent, which are our shortcomings.

Third, compared with the world's advanced enterprises, such as Nestlé and Danone, the level of processing technology and equipment of enterprises has a large gap and a relatively low degree of intensiveization. Most of the equipment of many large food processing enterprises production lines is still imported.

A: During the development of the food industry, technology support is very important.
