The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology notified 47 APPs and SDKs involved in many chain catering companies

On August 26, the Information and Communications Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "APP Report on Acting for User Rights and Interests", which notified 47 APP (SDK) lists that existing problems. The full text is as follows:

According to laws and regulations such as the "Personal Information Protection Law", "Network Security Law", "Telecom Regulations", "Personal Information Protection Regulations for Telecom and Internet users", our department organizes third -party testing agencies to pay attention to the hotel catering and applications of minors that the masses pay attention to When mobile Internet applications (APPs) and third -party software development tool packets (SDK) are checked, a total of 227 APP (SDK) of 227 APP (SDK) that has infringed on user equity is found. As of now, 47 APPs (SDK) have not completed the rectification as required (see attachments for details), and they are now notified.

The above APP and SDK should complete the rectification and implementation work by September 5. If the overdue does not rectify, our department will organize relevant disposal work in accordance with laws and regulations.
