Summary: Use C ++ development language and Oracle database to collect real -time data of Korean marine buoy released by the Korean Meteorological Bureau website, and use the MF03007 buoy data in the my country Marine buoy observation network to compare data from the 170 buoyant data of the West Sea in South Korea. The results show that the 170 buoy of the West Sea is similar to that of my country's MF03007 buoy observation. The observation of Korean marine buoy can be effectively complementary with my country's offshore marine buoy observation.

Abstract：In this paper, we collects real-time data of marine buoys from the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) website using the C++ language and Oracle database, and carries out data comparison of No.170 buoy in the Korea West Sea and MF03007 buoy of the Chinese ocean buoy observing network. The results show that the values ​​of the two buoys are close to each other with high correlation coefficient, and the scatter distribution is concentrated and evenly distributed. It reveals that the korean buoy observation is an effective complementary with Offshore buoy observation in China.
