In the early 1990s, companies dominated by GE and IBM were the first to conduct attempts to transform from products to services. In China, after 2006, Chinese scholars formally proposed the concept and research of service -oriented manufacturing.

Although the doors of Chinese manufacturing are complete, the lack of "service" is an important reason why China's manufacturing industry has long been at a low -end value chain for a long time.

At present, China's industrial capacity and complete supply chain, but with the development of globalization, the advantages of low -cost manufacturing have gradually disappeared, and new breakthroughs need to be found in the manufacturing field.

Some scholars believe that under the blessing of digital technology, manufacturing and services are in -depth integration, and the transformation of service -oriented manufacturing may accelerate the implementation of the dual benefits of policies and markets.

This is the opportunity of China and the opportunity of Zhejiang.

At present, Zhejiang has created 35 national -level service -oriented demonstration enterprises and projects (platforms), with a total number of tongue in Shandong Province to the number one in the country. The province has a total of nearly 450,000 enterprises in the province, ranking first in the country ...

Perhaps because of this, the fourth and fifth China service -oriented manufacturing conference will continue to land in Zhejiang.

In addition, the reporter also learned that the conference continued to "stay" in Hangzhou, which was related to the main venue -the service -oriented manufacturing research institute located in Linping.

This research institute is unusual. As the first service -oriented research institute in the country, the research institute was officially opened in September last year, focusing on the four major areas of service -oriented manufacturing, green manufacturing, digital transformation, and modernization of Chinese medicine.

"We plan to build a national -level characteristic innovation carrier through three years, based on the Yangtze River Delta, radiate China throughout China, and become a first -class public service platform to promote the high -quality development of the country's manufacturing industry." The selection standard of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology shows that the service -oriented manufacturing demonstration city must have a number of service -oriented demonstration enterprises, platforms and projects. The main model of service -oriented manufacturing has been developed in depth and the characteristics of transformation are significantly improved. The contribution to the growth of manufacturing GDP has increased significantly.

From the perspective of the region, most cities currently selected are located in the eastern coastal areas, and the Yangtze River Delta occupies 6 seats, which is inseparable from its good manufacturing and service industries. As the Yangtze River Delta integrated deepening, the integration and development of the industrial chain supply chain will be advanced, which will provide stronger momentum for the development of service -oriented manufacturing.

From the perspective of the province, only one or two cities in most provinces are selected, and Zhejiang actually has three service -oriented manufacturing demonstration cities, ranking first in the country.

These three places have their own endowments and different exploration paths ——

Hangzhou aimed at the "digital" efforts and vigorously developed innovative design services, customized services, full life cycle management, information value -added services and other models.

The manufacturing market has accelerated the pace of transformation and upgrading, and actively promoted the three -dimensional integration of the value chain, supply chain, product chain, service chain, and factor chain. At present, the city's proportion of industrial enterprises in service -oriented manufacturing accounts for more than 60%;

Relying on good network infrastructure, Jiaxing guides industry leading enterprises to conduct superior production capacity fission, provides empowerment services for upstream and downstream companies, and has cultivated 30 provincial -level industrial Internet platforms.

In addition, this "national team" lineup will continue to grow.

According to the "Guiding Opinions on Further Promoting the Development of Service Manufacturing" issued by the 15 departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2020, by 2022, the "new selection and cultivation of 200 service manufacturing demonstration enterprises, 100 demonstration platforms (including application service providers, including application service providers (including application service providers ), 100 demonstration projects and 20 demonstration cities "; by 2025," continue to select and cultivate a group of service -oriented demonstration enterprises, platforms, projects and cities.
