Plastic is a widely used synthetic polymer material. The aging degradation has a diameter of less than 5 mm plastic fragments and particles, which is defined as "micro plastic". Due to small particle size, wide distribution, easy to adsorbing organic matter during migration and enriching in the food chain, it has become a research hotspot in the current environment and health sciences. Recently, Zhang Yuxiang's research team of the Institute of Analysis and Testing of the Beijing Institute of Science and Technology Research Institute relied on special issues of financial fund reform and development, and independently developed a set of aging test powder system preparation devices and aging test boxes, which can realize polymer such as plastics and rubber Materials collapse under mechanical wear, light, damp heat, etc. The dynamic research of the aging process of micro -plastic until completely degraded.
At present, there are still many difficulties and deficiencies in the appraisal and traceability research of polymer materials during aging. For example, when the composition traceability of high -molecular -related organic pollutants, effective samples need to be collected in the natural environment. The rich sample representativeness and diversity are limited, and the detailed information of complex physical changes and chemical reactions that occur in the environment cannot be obtained, which is not conducive to carrying out targeted research. Another example is the aging test box commonly used in laboratories. It can only obtain changes before and after the aging of polymer materials, and cannot obtain detailed dynamic information of complex changes in the process of aging.

After continuous attempts and exploration, the research team of Zhang Yuxiang has developed a device with a high -molecular material powder system preparation and aging process. The key technologies developed by the ultra -fine powder system have achieved a breakthrough in the preparation of polymer elastic materials such as plastic and rubber. product. By optimizing the structure and parts, the integration and miniaturization of the equipment are realized. It can be used with the existing lamp aging test box in the laboratory to simulate the process and exposure environment of polymer materials and its powder aging degradation in the natural environment. It was confirmed by the experiment that the aging performance of the device was good. Further verify the performance of the product in the process of preparing the powder and capture the product, prepare and collect the micro -plastic powder of the translucent polypropylene cylindrical sample. Through granularity analysis, 83.58%of the particle granularity is less than 13.92 μm. The maximum particle size of the powder is 49.9 μm, and the particle size is far better than the design requirements, which fully meets the experimental needs. At the same time, it was captured by volatile and water -soluble aging products. Experimental data showed that polypropylene micro -plastic powder samples have changed significantly before and after aging.
At present, the R & D team of this achievement has obtained 2 practical new patents, and 3 items are applying for invention patents. In the next stage, the team will study the preparation method of nano -level micro -plastic standard substances, combined with the micro -nano plastic analysis methods such as living fluorescent imaging, mass spectrometry and other cutting -edge technologies, to carry out the exploration of the in situ analysis of micro -plastic in life in life, and obtain degradation products Information, micro -nano plastic life distribution information, and interference information on endogenous components, etc., realize the comprehensive scientific evaluation of micro -plastic on the environment and health.
