Some experts believe that the biggest victim of this plan may be the Korean semiconductor industry, especially Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix. At present, Samsung Electronics has two NAND flash chip factories in Xi'an and Suzhou, while SK Hynix has a production line in Wuxi, Chongqing and Dalian. SK Hynix has previously completed the acquisition of Intel's NAND flash chip manufacturing business in China. According to the data, the Yangtze River Storage, which was established in 2016, has successfully mass -produced 128 -layer NAND flash memory chips, and there are rumors that the 232 -layer NAND flash memory chip may be mass -produced at the end of 2022.
