According to the China Institute of Information and Communication, the total number of mobile phone shipments in the Chinese market in the first half of 2022 was 136 million units, a decrease of 38 million units compared with the same period in 2021, a new low of mobile phone shipments since the first half of 2013.Among them, 5G mobile phone shipments were 109 million units, a decrease of 14.5%compared with the same period in 2021.The decline in shipments is mainly due to the rise in the popularization rate of smartphones, the demographic dividend has basically disappeared, and the frequency of consumer mobile phones has decreased.
