On July 17, China Sea Oil announced that my country's first independently developed shallow water underwater oil collection tree system development project was successfully ignited in Jinzhou 31-1 gas field in the Bohai Sea. The system is stable to the platform torch arm, marking the successful investment of my country's first independently developed shallow water underwater oil mining system.

Underwater oil collection trees are one of the core equipment indispensable underwater production systems. It connects the oil and gas and external oil and gas transportation pipelines from the depths of the strata. It is the intelligent "faucet" of the oil and gas field well.

The total growth width of the underwater oil collection tree is 3.3 meters, only 2.65 meters in height, and the overall weight is 24.8 tons. Compared with the height of conventional underwater oil collection trees, the height of the underwater mining tree is nearly 25%and the weight is reduced by 35%. At the same time, the "full package" external protective device is also designed, which can effectively avoid safety risks such as fishing nets dragging and ship breaking down, which is more suitable for shallow water. The overall design concept is at the leading level internationally, and the entire system can run normally on the bottom of the sea for 15 years.

According to Yu Guimin, the deputy general manager and chief engineer of the China Oil Tianjin Branch, the current reserves of more than ten oil and gas blocks in the Bohai Sea are limited. 40 million tons of oil on the Bohai Oilfield contribute very important forces.
