I was hungry at the time, and I wanted to be vegetarian. It was terrible.
Later, I watched a documentary "Earth Citizen". It talked about how human beings slaughtered and abused animals from food, clothing, pets, entertainment and scientific research. I touched it deeply.

At the beginning, I didn't know much about cooking. They all ordered the takeaway of professional vegetarian restaurants, or some vegetarian dishes in ordinary restaurants, such as hot and sour potato shreds and garlic broccoli.

There are only vegetables in the dish of vegetarians. I eat different types of plant foods, such as bean valley vegetable algae, fruits, nuts, seeds, mushrooms, etc. to obtain complete protein and other nutrients.
My vegetarian road is smooth, and I have no repeated criminals. For 3 months, I naturally lost 10 pounds, and my body was lighter than before, and my mental state became better.
When I was editing a fashion magazine lifestyle, it was black and white upside down every day. The diet is very unhealthy. Sometimes, in order to decompose and refresh it, I will mix the wine into the coffee in the morning. As a result, I have severe gastroesophageal reflux gastritis.
After half a year of vegetarian food, it was amazing that my gastritis healed without taking medicine, and the resistance became stronger. In my memory, in the past 7 years, I have hardly had a cold.
In 2020, my lover and I returned to his hometown Spain. After coming to Europe, I found that there is a huge difference in Chinese and Western vegetarian. Under the influence of culture and religion, Western society is more tolerant of vegetarians, but it can provide very little dishes, which is relatively single, almost all of them.
