What can bring us joy is often father. At noon on Saturday, he returned from get off work, and there must be a pork in his hand -it was tied to a few straws, and we called it straw meat. It was bought from the meat shops on the street, which gave the whole family to teeth offerings to add some nutrition.

The meat was about 1 catties, half thin and half -fat. Under the golden straw system, the oil was shiny and tempting, which made my brother and my sister excited.

Being able to eat big stuff, oil and water in the stomach, in the countryside at the time, was not something that ordinary people could do. Although almost every family raises pigs, and some have raised several heads, they all sell the whole head to maintain the life of the family. Only in important festivals such as the Spring Festival, Dragon Boat Festival and Mid -Autumn Festival, or noble guests at home, will they come back. On the day of flat white, can anyone be willing to eat meat?

Although my mother had to say a few words every time, she said that her father was so adult and spent money, but in the end, she was happy to pick up the meat, take it into the pond in front of the door to clean, and wash a layer of oil on the water. The villagers who passed by were envious.

Then, cut the meat with braised pork, and sometimes lean meat soup, fat refining and cooking. We happily took the initiative to get the mother, add firewood under the stove, and soon the hot pot was oily and fragrant. The atmosphere in the kitchen, because the straw meat in the pot and the upcoming food have become happy.

Sometimes, my father also bought some "pork lungs, pork liver, etc. to come back, and tied it with straw, but the straw passed through the center of the pig's water.

Compared to pork, the price of launching is much cheaper, so after seeing it, the mother has less complaints. She said that they were all growing on a pig, and the nutrition was the same. The mother's cooking craftsmanship is very good. After the pig's lower water is taken care of for cooking, the taste is also very good.

Every time my father surrendered the straw meat, he pretended to be an indifferent attitude, and he tried to show "little", "I have money", "I will not hurt the bones" ... Then what should I do and what should I do? go. We clearly felt his pride and openness, and felt that he was tall instantly, making people admire. Usually he was dissatisfied with his occasional dissatisfaction, and he disappeared.

Now think about it, the straw meat every Monday once has a great impact on our brothers and sisters in the subtlety -let us still have a happy expectation in a wealthy life.
