On the evening of June 13, the Agricultural Bank of China (SH6012886, a stock price of 3.00 yuan, a market value of 1046.4 billion yuan) issued an announcement on the resignation of shareholders' representative supervisors.

Due to work reasons, Mr. Fan Jianqiang requested resignation from the Agricultural Bank of China Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank of the Bank"). The resignation letter was delivered to the Office of the Bank on June 13, 2022. According to the "Articles of Association of Agricultural Bank of China Co., Ltd.", Mr. Fan Jianqiang's resignation letter came into effect when it was delivered to the Bank of Supervisor. Mr. Fan Jianqiang has confirmed that there is no difference in opinions with the British Supervisory Board, nor does he notify any issues of the shareholders and creditors of the Bank of China.

According to the official website of the Agricultural Bank of China, Fan Jianqiang, male, Master of Science of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, senior auditor, senior economist. Since November 2020, he has served as the supervisor of the shareholders of the Bank. He has served as the Second Division of Financial Audit Office and Director of the Personnel Education Division of the Special Commissioner Office of the Audit Office. Since July 2009, he has successively served as the deputy leader of the preparatory group of the Chengdu Branch of the Bank of China, Deputy Director of the Chengdu Branch, and Deputy Director of Wuhan Branch Bureau. In October 2013 Vice General Manager (Deputy Bureau), Deputy Director of the Audit Bureau in April 2014, Director of the Xi'an Branch of the Evaluation Bureau in March 2018, and director of the Office of the Supervisory Committee of the Bank in June 2021.
