Even if it has nothing to do with the IPO, the plaintiff in the patent litigation increases the claim amount, which means that the increase in infringement patent increases and the increase in product shipments of infringement patents.
No matter what the situation can be reflected, the Ningde Times believed that the losses and threats caused by China Innovation Airlines to themselves were greater than before. The competition between the two companies has been upgraded from the market battle to the front confrontation between enterprises.

However, the converting market share competition into a counterpart on the lawsuit is probably not a wise choice.
