Zhongwei Co., Ltd.: intends to acquire all the equity of DHPL, and jointly build a low -ice nickel nickel -containing metal project

On July 7, A -share company Zhongwei (300919.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire 100%equity of DHPL with a wholly -owned subsidiary Hong Kong in Hong Kong.

DHPL holds a 50.1%stake in DNI, and DNI is the two RKEF nickel iron production lines (27,500 tons of nickel metal equivalent low -ice nickel) and a 380MW supporting power plant project company in the Weida Park of Indonesia.

Hong Kong's intended joint venture with DNPL in the Weida Bay Industrial Park in Indonesia, investing in development and construction of 27,500 tons (Indonesia) projects for low -ice nickel -containing metals, with a total investment of about 150 million US dollars.

The construction of this project is conducive to the docking of industrial and resources. The smelting and processing of nickel products promotes nickel mineral resources to achieve the most suitable mining cost efficiency and centralized resources to increase the added value of smelting products.
