The "Research Report on the Development of the Intelligent Manufacturing Circuit" predicts -the output value of the intelligent manufacturing industry will exceed 3 trillion yuan

A few days ago, the "Research Report on the Development of the Intelligent Manufacturing Circuit" (hereinafter referred to as the "Report") was jointly written by the Alibaba Cloud Innovation Center, Alibaba Cloud Research Institute, China Institute of Aviation Institute of Aviation, and Creative Headline, release. The "Report" predicts that the output value of China's intelligent manufacturing industry will reach 3.3 trillion yuan in 2022.

The "Report" mentioned that intelligent manufacturing has become one of the important engines of my country's economic development. According to statistics, the output value of domestic manufacturing accounts for 26%of the total economy, and the output value of the intelligent manufacturing industry accounts for about 20%of the equipment manufacturing industry, and it will increase by 25%to 30%in the future. From 2015 to 2021, the size of China's intelligent manufacturing industry increased year by year, and it is expected to reach 3.3 trillion yuan in 2022.

The "Report" also shows that there are 4 problems in the practice of intelligent manufacturing in my country: First, the manufacturing industry is still in the stage of primary development, and the technology is relatively weak, so most companies are still in the trial and error stage. Essence Second, because intelligent manufacturing companies are technical orientation companies, it is difficult to rely on a large amount of investment in the final market share, so investment recovery is more difficult. Third, there are no industrial supervision thresholds in some places, so some "shells" companies are difficult to distinguish. Fourth, the technology of intelligent manufacturing is too advanced and extensive, so the use of technology is sometimes difficult to land.

Based on the above issues, the "Report" pointed out that the main development direction and path of intelligent manufacturing in the future are: management orientation to achieve infrastructure upgrades, technical orientation should innovate technical equipment and resource platforms, and business orientation must promote the continuous integration of the industrial ecology.

The "Report" also pointed out that the transformation of enterprises to truly realize "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing" still faces many challenges. For example, the lack of strategic planning and thinking, high foreign dependence, low proportion of high -precision composite talents, severe homogeneity, low asset utilization rate, and low internal and external collaboration. This requires the government, the market, and the parties of the enterprise to work together to explore and change.

The "Report" also mentioned that, driven by "Internet+" and big data, traditional manufacturing will continue to make structural adjustments and optimization and upgrading, showing the trend of flexible production, industrial interconnection, intelligent supervision, and intelligent manufacturing services.
