About the Author

Sun Yongping, a doctor of economics, is currently the deputy dean of the National Institute of Governance of Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a professor of the School of Economics, a special job of "Huazhong Excellent Scholars", co -director of the Provincial and Ministerial Cooperation Innovation Center of the Provincial and Ministerial Ministry of Carbon Evolution. The research direction focuses on carbon emissions transactions, global climate governance and resource income management.
