On July 6, TCL Technology (000100.SZ) issued an announcement. Based on the signing with GCL Group Co., Ltd. and GCL Technology (03800.HK) before, the parties have signed joint ventures recently protocol.

According to the announcement, Tianjin Silicon Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Silicon") and Jiangsu Silicon Industry Technology Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of GCL Technology, will jointly invest in Inner Mongolia Xinhuan Silicon Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The comprehensive use of tons of silicon and silicon -based materials and research and development projects in the production and downstream application fields.

At the same time, Tianjin Silicon and Jiangsu Xinhua Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. signed a capital increase agreement on Inner Mongolia Xinhua Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., and launched a 10,000 -ton electronic -level polysilicon cooperation project.

And this is also the investment cooperation of downstream manufacturers after investing in the construction of 300,000 tons of granular silicon (100,000 tons) projects in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, and GCL Technology invested in the investment in Baotou, Inner Mongolia.

According to GCL Technology, the substantial promotion of cooperation with TCL technology has also marked that its planned 600,000 tons of granular silicon production capacity will all enter the production or construction status.

Among them, GCL Technology's 60,000 tons of granular silicon capacity in Xuzhou, Jiangsu has been officially put into production; the 100,000 -ton granular silicon project in Leshan Sichuan enters the state of commissioning and is about to be put into production; while the 100,000 -ton granular silicon project in the first phase of the Baotou of Inner Mongolia is expected to be in the fourth quarter of this year Investment.

GCL Technology predicts that by the end of this year, its total silicon production capacity will reach 360,000 tons, of which granular silicon capacity will reach 260,000 tons. GCL Technology has exceeded 700,000 tons of silicon materials in hand.
