This year, after the harvest of wheat, the Dezhou Development and Reform Commission arranged for 382 new harvest wheat samples from 11 counties and cities in the city to carry out quality surveys. The testing indicators were the main quality indicators stipulated in national standards.

The survey results show that the overall quality of the new wheat in 2022 is better, with an average capacity of 785g/L, a decrease of 3g/L from the previous year, and a change of 711 to 838g/L.
