Zuoquan is adjacent to Hebei, with obvious transportation advantages, complete resources such as water, electricity, gas, and land, and the steam of Huaneng Zuoquan Coal Power Project can support the production of latex. Policies such as tax discounts provided by the government for enterprises have also attracted the construction of latex enterprises in Xiong County, Hebei.

The total investment of Zuoquan latex industrial park is 3.65 billion yuan. After the overall completion, the annual output can reach 80,000 tons, which can achieve an annual output value of 20-4 billion yuan, which will become the largest latex industry base in the country. At present, the park is mainly based on the production of air balloon, medical gloves, condoms and other latex products, including packaging, printing, logistics, e -commerce and other supporting derivative industries. This project can not only bring huge economic benefits to Zuoquan County, but also solve the employment problem of about 10,000 people. At present, the park plant has been transformed and the production line has been installed. There are 14 production lines of 5 companies entering the park, and 8 manufacturers of 30 production lines have signed an agreement to enter the park.

Zuoquan's forsythians are rich in resources. Based on the government's "connection" and enterprise "bridge", it has formed an integrated closed loop of unified harvesting, standardized processing, and collective sales. Follow the development model of "company+village -level collective economic organizations+farmers", develop the rural collective economy, make the forsythia industry healthy development, and increase the income of the people.

In addition, the reconstruction of primary and secondary school playgrounds and rural highway reconstructions are also carried out in an orderly manner. It is estimated that by the end of July, the renovation of the 20 urban and rural primary and secondary school playgrounds will be completed, and the main body of the eight rebuilding bridges will be basically completed.
