Chafeng Changzhi City Rongli Energy Co., Ltd. holds 49%of the mining rights (C14000020091220046760) under the name of 49%of the shareholding.

Frozen Shanxi Gujiao Coal Coke Group Jinzhong Coal Industry Co., Ltd. (Certificate Number C1400002 010081220073190).

Sealing Zuoquan County Shentou Metallurgical Mining Co., Ltd. (Certificate Number C1400002009062120024201) held by Zuoquan County, shall not go through any procedures such as the transfer or pledge of the above mining license.
