The people's governments of each city (including Dingzhou, Xinji City), the management committee of Xiong'an New District, and relevant departments of the provincial government:

In order to thoroughly implement the "Outline of Hebei Provincial Dairy Revitalization Planning (2019-2025)" and "The People's Government of Hebei Province on Accelerating the Promoting Revitalization of the Dairy Industry", accelerate the pace of the development of the milk industry, and further strengthen the support policies of the dairy industry. The provincial government agrees that the relevant matters are notified as follows.

1. Accelerate the development of the dairy breed industry

(2) Support the creation of dairy breeding clusters.
