Semiconductor silicon wafers are key materials for manufacturing semiconductor products such as separate devices, integrated circuits, and have the highest value in semiconductor materials and are the basis for the foundation of the semiconductor industry chain.

According to the prospectus (declaration draft) previously disclosed by Marsk, the company's issuance of listing applications to the "Listing Rules for the Listing of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing" stipulated in Article 2.1.2 (1) of items (1) of items (1) of items (1) of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange: The recent two years of net profit All are positive, and the cumulative net profit is not less than 50 million yuan.
