The subsidy target is the production and operation and operation enterprises (hereinafter referred to as refined oil refining enterprises) in my country for production, commissioning and importing and importing auto and diesel.

When the international oil price exceeds the upper limit of the control, the subsidy is activated; if the control limit is not reached, the subsidy will not be given.

The calculation cycle of phased price subsidies is consistent with the price adjustment cycle of the refined oil oil, that is, the cycle is calculated based on 10 working days (corresponding to the refined oil price adjustment window period).

The subsidy standard is the unseensed amount of the highest retail price of the vapor and diesel during this cycle (that is, the amount of refined oil price adjustment of the yin oil price of more than $ 130 per barrel).

The number of subsidies is the actual sales of gas and diesel during the cycle, and the actual sales volume of auto and diesel that pays the consumption tax of enterprises shall be calculated.

For example, in accordance with the established plan, the price adjustment date on July 12 and July 26, and the price adjustment was effective at 24:00 on the same day.
