China Trade Council: Active changes in foreign trade operations in my country in the second quarter

Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, June 29 (Reporter Xie Xiyao) The China Trade Promotion Association released the "Report on the China Foreign Trade Situation Situation in the Second quarter of 2022". The survey report shows that with the efficient overall preparation of epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, the effectiveness of policy measures in stable growth has gradually emerged, and foreign trade operations in the second quarter of my country have changed positively.

On the same day, the China Trade Council held a routine press conference. Feng Yaoxiang, a spokesman for the China Trade Council and Minister of Trade and Investment, issued a research report. He introduced that the China Trade Promotion Association has recently issued questionnaires to foreign trade enterprises across the industry nationwide, combining international and domestic comprehensive data to form a survey report. The survey report shows the following characteristics of foreign trade operations in the second quarter of my country:

First, the operation of foreign trade enterprises has improved. Among the investigations, 25.43%of corporate trade increased month -on -month, and 19.98%of corporate profits increased from the previous month. Special equipment manufacturing, automobiles, computer communication, and other high value -added industries such as electronic equipment and pharmaceutical manufacturing have increased their export profits than in the first quarter. 22.65%of enterprises increased by new orders over the first quarter, and 30.43%of enterprise order growth was the same as the first quarter. At the same time, the proportion of new orders from the Middle East, Japan, South Korea, Africa and other countries and regions has increased. The new order market is more diverse and the foreign trade has stronger risk.

Second, the main problems facing foreign trade enterprises have improved. 22.13%of enterprises indicated that logistics costs decreased compared to the first quarter. 15.05%of companies believe that the cost of funds has decreased compared to the same period last year, and this proportion increased by 3.38 percentage points over the first quarter. 38.8%of companies said that the problem of exchange rate erosion in the second quarter was relieved. Only 15.63%of companies said that the problem of working difficulties was outstanding, and this ratio decreased 3.87 percentage points from the first quarter. The main difficulties facing enterprises are still concentrated in "one rise and one drop", that is, the rising cost of raw material and the decline in new orders decreased year -on -year.

Third, the fundamental trend of foreign trade is good. The effect of stabilizing foreign trade policies is obvious. 55.97%of enterprises believe that accelerating the export tax rebate helps to relieve the pressure on cash flow, and 54.8%of the enterprises and 48.21%of the enterprises believe that speeding up tax cuts and alleviating pressure on logistics is more effective. At the same time, foreign trade enterprises' understanding and utilization of regional comprehensive economic partnership agreements (RCEP) have increased significantly.

Fourth, foreign trade enterprises have risen in annual growth expectations. 26.22%of enterprises are expected to grow throughout the year, and 28.17%of companies believe that at least it is the same as last year. Among them, large enterprises are expected to be relatively stable, medium -sized enterprises are more optimistic about the overall foreign trade situation, and the confidence of small and micro enterprises has gradually increased.

"The survey report shows that China's foreign trade industry has a strong foundation, and its long -term good fundamentals have not changed. The advantages of strong toughness, sufficient potential, and large room for foreign trade will be even more prominent." The promotion and implementation of the free trade agreement such as RCEP, strengthen the issuance of the certificate of origin, actively fulfill the responsibilities of the ATA document issuance issuance, strengthen legal services related to foreign business affairs, and help foreign trade to maintain stability and improve quality.

According to Feng Yaoxiang, in the first five months of this year, the number of visa visas from the nationwide trade system was 155.34 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 23.95%year -on -year. Japan ranked first in the national trade promotion system RCEP's original regional visa, and the per monthly visa amount accounted for more than 90%, indicating that the implementation of the RCEP agreement has a significant role in the export of China to Japan.
