Bei Stock Exchange: The listed company should complete the semi -annual report disclosure before August 31

In order to properly do the disclosure of the semi -annual report of listed companies in 2022, the Beijing Stock Exchange issued relevant notices a few days ago, requiring the Beijing Stock Exchange to complete the appointment of the disclosure time of the semi -annual report before July 8th, and complete the semi -annual annual before August 31st. Disclosure of the report.

The notice pointed out that the financial reports in the semi -annual report of the listed company can be audited without auditing, except for the CSRC and the Beijing Stock Exchange. The listed company shall not disclose the semi -annual report that has not been approved by the board of directors. If the board of directors has been reviewed and approved, it shall not disclose the semi -annual report on time on the grounds that the directors and senior management personnel shall not be disclosed on time.

The notice requires that listed companies should improve the company's financial system, strictly implement corporate accounting standards, standardize financial information disclosure, shall not decorate the financial status and business results, and shall not prepare and disclose false financial accounting statements. If a listed company is not expected to disclose the semi -annual report before August 31, it shall promptly inform the sponsor to submit a written report to the North Stock Exchange, and announce the reasons, solutions and the last period of the delayed disclosure that cannot be disclosed on schedule.

According to the notice, the listed company did not disclose the semi -annual report before August 31 or more than half of the directors could not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy and integrity of the semi -annual report disclosed by the company and not corrected within the statutory period. According to the provisions, the sponsor applies to the Beijing Stock Exchange for the suspension of trading to the company's shares and its derivative varieties. (Reporter Yao Junfang)
