At the end of June 2021, our brand's first store in Beijing opened. At that time, Beijing had just experienced a round of epidemic. The business was not very good at opening. After a month, I felt that the business of catering gradually returned to normal.

By the beginning of this year, we had 24 stores in Beijing. Even if some stores shut down, the overall operating cost will not decrease. The smaller the rental rent in Beijing, the more expensive the cost of our stores. The cost of rent, personnel, and dishes in our small shops adds up. The cost of a store a month is about 200,000. In fact, after the Spring Festival this year, we tried to make some promotion in Douyin. At that time, we had not made live broadcasts by ourselves, but we only went to some online group purchase packages and accumulated some popularity.
During that period, we summarized some problems that arise or packaged. The biggest difficulty was product quality. Like green leaf vegetables, packaged in the box for half an hour, the taste is very affected, and the meat has been put for a long time. In April, according to the previous experience, we adjusted the final dishes that were selected, selected more disabled vegetables, made a few packages that were more adaptable to take advantage, and were ready to be launched during live broadcast.
We made the first live broadcast pilot at the Youth Road Store. The two store managers were very young, outgoing, and more suitable for live broadcast forms.
